- The warranty period is typically one year from the date of delivery unless otherwise stated in the purchase agreement.
- Warranty claims must be reported immediately to procurement@energy.eagzon.com with all relevant details.
- Replacement parts or repair services are provided under warranty, but no returns or full product replacements are allowed after order confirmation.
No Returns or Replacements
To maintain the integrity of our industrial-grade products and ensure fairness to all clients:
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or replaced for reasons other than warranty-covered defects.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing product specifications and quantities before placing an order.
- This policy applies to all turbines, actuators, rotating equipment, spare parts, and industrial components.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you experience a defect under warranty, follow these steps to ensure proper handling:
- Contact Eagzon Energy at procurement@energy.eagzon.com immediately with order details, product serial numbers, and a description of the issue.
- Include photos or videos of the defect if applicable.
- Our team will evaluate the claim and provide instructions for repair or replacement of defective components.
- Approved warranty repairs or replacements will be processed promptly to minimize operational downtime.
